At the reception, Consul General of Japan in Da Nang city Mori Takero and Professor Aoki Toru expressed their gratitude and joy at the warm welcome of the city leaders.

Mr. Mori Takero proposed cooperation in training high-quality human resources in Hue city, aiming to increase the number of international students from Hue's typical high schools to study at typical national universities in Japan, including Shizuoka University.

Consul General of Japan in Da Nang - Mr. Mori Takero affirmed that he will make efforts to connect, introduce and promote information about Hue city to Japanese partners, businesses and investors. Expanding opportunities to study abroad at Japanese national universities, which provide high-quality educational programs in the fields of semiconductors and AI, etc., will contribute to promoting friendly cooperation with Japanese localities.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Aoki Toru, Professor, Vice President and Vice Director of the Institute of Electronic Engineering, Shizuoka University, Japan, said that the school hopes to have more opportunities to cooperate with Hue city in the future in research and human resource training.
