Telecommunications and information technology infrastructure continues to be invested in; a number of online public services are deployed; digitalization applications in the fields of health, education and tourism have initially had positive results.

In order to promote the digital transformation process in Quang Binh province, at the ceremony, the leaders of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee and Viettel Group signed a cooperation agreement with 14 contents, focusing on cooperation in deploying digital infrastructure, digital government, digital economy and digital society, building a model of "Digital Party - Digital Government" at the provincial level in Quang Binh.

In addition, Quang Binh province is committed to creating the most favorable conditions for Viettel Group to implement projects and cooperation programs, while promoting administrative reform, supporting quick procedures, and allocating resources to ensure the digital transformation process.
