The female singer revealed that after the Covid-19 pandemic, the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh invited her and her family to live together to be closer. However, after the recent scandals, both of them have now had to leave.

"I apologize to the audience for the recent scandals, which are completely unwanted by my family. I have been greatly affected both in terms of family and work. I will soon have a press conference to answer all of your questions.

The reason I'm just now speaking up about this is because during his 100 days, I want to keep all my feelings, affection and respect for his spirit," said artist Vu Linh's niece.

Hong Phuong confirmed that she had sent a report to agencies such as Ho Chi Minh City Police, the Department of Inspection, and the Ministry of Information and Communications to request that the violation be handled and justice restored for her.

"Family matters will be resolved within the family, and those who have insulted, slandered, and damaged my reputation will be dealt with by law. Currently, my family and I are being fiercely attacked by social networks, intentionally saying malicious and untrue things," the singer said.

On June 7, the People's Court of Phu Nhuan District (HCMC) accepted the lawsuit over the inheritance division of Mr. Vo Van Ngoan (Meritorious Artist Vu Linh).

The plaintiff is Ms. Vo Thi Hong Nhung (60 years old, Vu Linh's younger sister), the defendant is Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan (37 years old, Vu Linh's daughter). Other interested parties include Ms. Le Thi Hong Phuong (Vu Linh's niece), Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu (Vu Linh's younger brother).

Artist Hong Nhung - singer Hong Phuong's biological mother sued Hong Loan - Vu Linh's daughter, demanding 1.5 billion VND

According to the petition, the plaintiff requests the court to cancel the inheritance declaration document made by the defendant on April 7, 2023 at the Notary Office of Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen regarding the estate of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh (currently transferred to Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan).

The assets include the House and land use rights at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem, Ward 1, Phu Nhuan District; land use rights for plots No. 87, 88 and map No. 8 in Linh Dong Ward, Thu Duc City and a car.

At the same time, cancel the update of changes on the certificate of land use rights and assets attached to land at No. 5 Doan Thi Diem and the right to use land plots No. 87, 88 and map sheet No. 8 in Linh Dong ward regarding the content of the transfer of ownership to Ms. Vo Thi Hong Loan.

The plaintiff also requested the court to divide the inheritance of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh regarding the right to use land plots No. 87, 88 and map No. 8 in Linh Dong ward between himself and Mr. Vo Thanh Nhieu (younger brother of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh).

Ms. Nhung requested to receive half of the value after deducting the value that the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh had orally left for Ms. Le Thi Hong Phuong (niece of the late Meritorious Artist Vu Linh). The estimated price that Ms. Nhung requested to receive was 1.5 billion VND.
