Petrolimex Nghe Tinh Transport and Service Joint Stock Company (abbreviated name PTS Nghe Tinh), stock code: PTX, was established on the basis of equitization of the Mechanical Transport Enterprise under Nghe Tinh Petroleum Company in October 2020 according to Decision No. 1364/2000/QD-BTM of the Ministry of Trade (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) with initial charter capital of VND 7,500,000,000.
PTS Nghe Tinh is currently operating under Business Registration Certificate No. 2900428497 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Nghe An province with a charter capital of 64,324,530,000 VND, after 6 capital increases. The actual contributed charter capital is 64,324,530,000 VND.
PTS Nghe Tinh has traditional business activities in the fields of petroleum transportation, petroleum wholesale and retail, training and testing of motor vehicle drivers. In particular, petroleum transportation service is the core business with 81 vehicles, including 21 tractors with an average capacity of 40m3/vehicle, meeting the demand for petroleum transportation for Nghe An, Ha Tinh provinces, part of Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh and Laos. The average transport output in 2023 of the entire fleet will reach 5.8 million m3.km/month.
PTS Nghe Tinh's total transport output in 2023 will reach 69,981,356 m3km, an increase of 6% compared to 2022, equivalent to 2023 revenue of 124.6 billion VND, an increase of 6% compared to 2022.
However, the company's main revenue does not come from the petroleum transportation sector but from the trading of petroleum, grease, gas, etc., accounting for about 90% of PTS Nghe Tinh's total revenue. In 2023, net revenue from this sector reached more than VND 1,918 billion, down 4.87% compared to 2022.
Currently, the company's petroleum business is conducted through a system of retail stores and a number of agents of PTS Nghe Tinh in the areas of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Thanh Hoa, Quang Binh, and Laos.
In the three provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Thanh Hoa alone, the company has a total of 33 retail gasoline stores. PTS Nghe Tinh's total gasoline output in 2023 reached 100,014 m3, an increase of 10% over the same period in 2022; PTS Nghe Tinh's total gas output in 2023 was 136,990 liters, a decrease of 23% compared to 2022.

In the first 6 months of 2024, Petrolimex Nghe Tinh's total revenue reached nearly VND 1,076 billion, after-tax profit was VND 7.6 billion, up 4% and 38% respectively over the same period in 2023. With this result, the enterprise completed 58% of the revenue target and 88% of the profit target for 2024.
