On the morning of August 15, the Provincial Business Association and the consulting unit coordinated with the People's Committee of Hung Ha district to organize a conference to deploy the implementation of the DDCI Index on the digital technology platform in 2023 for businesses in the district. Attending the conference were leaders of the Provincial Business Association, leaders of the District Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Hung Ha district.

As a result of data screening by the Business Association and consulting unit, Hung Ha district has 263 businesses selected to participate in the DDCI survey. In order to help businesses understand the content of the DDCI Index and the survey method, the Center for Consulting and Supporting Business Development (Provincial Business Association) thoroughly explains the purpose, meaning and content of the DDCI survey form. New points in implementing DDCI measurement on a digital technology platform. The consulting unit guides businesses through the steps, procedures and scoring operations for the component indicators of the questionnaire in the electronic survey form on the DDCI survey software.

This is an important factor to improve the quality of the DDCI Index measurement of the province, and at the same time help the provincial Party Committee and government have solutions to direct departments, branches, and localities to improve the investment and business environment more positively and practically. The ultimate goal of assessing the competitiveness of departments, branches, districts, and cities is to build a public, transparent, serving administration and create the most favorable environment for people and businesses to invest, develop production, and do business effectively, contributing to the strong development of Thai Binh's socio-economy in the coming time.
