According to Dong Nai Hydrometeorological Station, the reason is that Dong Nai is affected by a low pressure trough with an axis at about 24-27 degrees North latitude connecting with the hot low pressure area in the West that tends to expand to the Southeast; above, the subtropical high pressure with an axis through the Central Central region is active and encroaches to the West.

Weather forecast in Tan Phu, Dinh Quan and northern Vinh Cuu districts: no rain, sunny in the afternoon. Probability of rain: <5%, light wind. Lowest temperature: 24-26 degrees Celsius, highest: 35-37 degrees Celsius.

In Long Khanh city and districts: Thong Nhat, Xuan Loc, Cam My, lowest temperature: 24-26 degrees Celsius, highest temperature: 35-37 degrees Celsius, no rain, hot afternoon. Probability of rain: < 5%, light wind.

Bien Hoa city, southern Vinh Cuu district and Trang Bom, Long Thanh, Nhon Trach districts: No rain, sunny in the afternoon. Probability of rain: <5%, light wind. Lowest temperature 26-28 degrees Celsius, highest 36-38 degrees Celsius.

Dong Nai Hydrometeorological Station noted that the Organizing Committee of the April 30th anniversary event needs to prepare plans to cope with the heat such as setting up tents and covering equipment. Ensure rescue, medical, fire prevention and fighting vehicles are ready to respond promptly to situations arising due to the weather.

People participating in the event should prepare umbrellas, drinking water… (depending on weather conditions). Intense heat (over 35°C) can cause heatstroke and heat shock.
