
The ceremony was attended by senior representatives of the Korean Business Association in Quang Nam and the Korean Business Association in Da Nang. The event was also attended by representatives of Korean enterprises with large investments in the region and members of the two associations such as Hyosung Quang Nam, Oriental Commerce Vina, branches of Lotte Duty Free, LG Electronics, Samsung, Shinhan Vietnam in Da Nang.
According to the agreement, the Korean Business Association will support the promotion of Hoiana’s destinations and preferential policies as well as strengthen Hoiana’s connection with Korean businesses in the region. In return, Hoiana also commits to providing the best support for Korean businesses in Quang Nam and Da Nang.
In particular, a prominent content in the agreement signed this time is the cooperation strategy between Hoiana and Korean enterprises committed to building a strong FDI business community, joining hands for the socio-economic development of Quang Nam, Da Nang as well as the Central region.
Possessing 4 international standard 5-star hotels, a golf course in the top 100 world-class golf courses, a rich restaurant system and a 24-hour modern entertainment area, Hoiana is an attractive destination for tourists around the world, especially Korean tourists.

According to Mr. Steven Wolstenholme - President and CEO of Hoiana, Korea is currently the resort's largest tourist market with more than 80,000 visitors. Statistics for the first 9 months of 2024 show that Korean visitors to Hoiana are 2.5 times higher than the total number of Korean visitors to Hoiana in 2023.
Achieving this result, there is a significant role of Korean FDI enterprises, especially in connecting, promoting and promoting tourism.
Previously, in June 2024, Hoiana also signed a Cooperation Agreement with the KOCHAM Association in Vietnam to aim at developing tourism, including luxury resorts, MICE tourism and golf tourism.
Nam Hoi An Resort invested by VinaCapital Group and Gold Yield Enterprises Group started construction in April 2016. From 2020 to now, Hoiana has welcomed more than 500,000 guests staying and using services (80% are international guests), contributing a large source of revenue to the state budget. In just 2 years 2022 - 2023, Hoiana paid more than 1,000 billion VND in taxes, and in the first 8 months of 2024 alone, more than 475 billion VND (exceeding the target by nearly 15%), becoming the FDI enterprise paying the largest tax to the state budget in Quang Nam.
