Workshop on improving the quality of human resources in Ninh Thuan province for the period 2025-2030, with a vision to 2035

Comrades: Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Hue Khai, Director of the Departmentof Education and Training; Dr. Tran Dinh Ly, Vice Principal of Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry Branch in Ninh Thuan chaired the workshop. At the workshop, delegates listened to the leaders of the Department of Education and Training report on the current status of issues that are obstacles in human resource training and solutions for comprehensive fundamental innovation of education and training to improve the quality of human resources in Ninh Thuan province in the period of 2025-2030, with a vision to 2035; listened to 4 reports by experts, scientists, education managers, leaders of departments and branches on: Solutions to improve training quality in the context of integration and autonomy at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Agriculture and Forestry Branch in Ninh Thuan; current status and solutions for human resource development in the province; developing high-quality human resources in Ninh Thuan province in the context of regional development and linkage; current status and solutions to improve the quality of science and technology human resources in Ninh Thuan province; At the same time, analyze and evaluate comprehensively and deeply the current status of issues that are obstacles in human resource training, on that basis, propose solutions for comprehensive fundamental innovation of education and training to improve the quality of human resources in the period of 2025-2030, with a vision to 2035 to supplement and contribute to the socio-economic development of the province.

In his concluding remarks at the workshop, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged, highly appreciated and fully accepted the enthusiastic and responsible comments of the delegates. To overcome the problems that are obstacles in the province's human resource training, Mr. Nguyen Long Bien requested all levels and sectors to continue promoting propaganda work, thoroughly grasping the viewpoints, guidelines, policies, positions, roles, and importance of developing and improving the quality of human resources in order to continue raising awareness and actions of Party committees at all levels, authorities, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and people of all walks of life; at the same time, identifying the work of planning, training, fostering, and rational use of cadres, leaders and managers at all levels as a key and breakthrough task in human resource development; promptly overcome difficulties and limitations, be proactive in leadership, direction, and effective implementation, with a focus on key points each day and each field, and strive to successfully implement the goals and tasks set forth in Resolution No. 13-NQ/TU of the 14th Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee delivered a speech concluding the workshop.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested all levels and sectors to effectively implement the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2031, with a vision to 2050; continue to effectively implement the policy of developing education and training, improving the quality of human resources; improve people's knowledge, the quality of human resource training, especially high-quality human resources, focusing on discovering, nurturing and promoting talents; continue to innovate and improve education and training, make breakthroughs in developing high-quality human resources, and have mechanisms to attract talents, especially for industries and fields with outstanding competitive advantages.
