At the workshop, delegates representing press agencies under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations system contributed opinions on the development status, challenges and difficulties being encountered, thereby finding out the causes and proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of press activities under the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations.

Journalist Ho Quang Hoa, Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Psychology - Education (Vietnam Association of Psychology and Education Science) said that in order to innovate journals, units need to focus on developing content with high professional value, meeting the practical needs of readers and the professional community. An important factor that cannot be ignored is improving the quality of content. Articles need to reflect reality, meet the information needs of readers and contribute positively to the development of the profession. Along with that, it is necessary to develop policies to attract, train and retain a team of reputable journalists and experts.

In addition, it is necessary to diversify content, combining in-depth research articles, trend analysis articles, expert interviews and more accessible content such as infographics and videos. Strengthen academic censorship, including establishing a reputable editorial board, ensuring that articles are reviewed and edited by leading experts.

From another perspective, journalist Ngo Duc Hanh - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Road and Bridge Magazine said that Vietnam Road and Bridge Magazine deeply understands that, in order to continue to fulfill its purpose and objectives, affirm its reputation, and build its brand, there is no sure and long-term way other than improving the quality of each article and each printed issue of the magazine in conjunction with solving the problems posed by the Vietnam Road and Bridge industry.
