The province currently has 50/92 state management agencies and local authorities at all levels with key female leaders, reaching a rate of 54.3%. Female cadres participating in the Provincial Party Executive Committee are 5/47 comrades, accounting for 10.64%; participating in the Provincial Party Standing Committee are 2/14 comrades, accounting for 14.29%; female cadres participating in the District Party Executive Committee are 43/230 comrades, accounting for 18.70%; participating in the District Party Standing Committee are 43/71 comrades, accounting for 15.49%. In general, the contingent of female cadres, especially female cadres in leadership and management at all levels, basically ensures quantity and quality, and is increasingly receiving more attention, especially in terms of planning, training, fostering, appointment, and placement; and is standardized according to titles, ranks, grades, and job positions.

The workshop aims to review and evaluate the current situation, propose solutions to improve the capacity to participate in management and leadership positions in agencies, gradually create a source of female cadres to participate in management and leadership positions in Party committees and authorities, towards completing the targets of implementing the goals of the National Strategy on Gender Equality for the period 2021-2030, focusing on the work of female cadres, thereby gradually making activities for women's advancement and gender equality more and more practical and effective.
