On the morning of October 25, according to the working program, National Assembly deputies secretly voted to evaluate the confidence of 44 people holding positions elected and approved by the National Assembly.

The Standing Committee of the National Assembly reports the results of the discussion at the Delegation on issues related to the vote of confidence. After establishing the Vote Counting Committee, the National Assembly conducts the vote of confidence by secret ballot.

After that, the National Assembly will listen to the presentation of the draft Resolution confirming the results of the vote of confidence for those holding positions elected and approved by the National Assembly. Next, the National Assembly will vote to pass the Resolution confirming the results of the vote of confidence for those holding positions elected and approved by the National Assembly.

Also in the morning session of October 25, the National Assembly discussed in the hall a number of contents with different opinions of the draft Law on Identification. Reporting on the explanation, acceptance and revision of the draft Law on Identification, on the name of the draft Law and the name of the identification card, Chairman of the National Defense and Security Committee Le Tan Toi said that the majority of opinions agreed with the name of the Law on Identification and the name of the identification card. In addition, some opinions suggested keeping the name of the Law on Citizen Identification and the name of the citizen identification card as the current law.
