The amount of 10 million VND from the Vietnam Journalists Association was presented by Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Hong, Permanent Vice President of the Lao Cai Provincial Journalists Association to the Principal of Ban Qua Kindergarten, to support teachers and students here to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize their studies.

On this occasion, the Lao Cai Provincial Journalists Association also presented gifts, including cash, rice and dry nutritional rations, to help the school's preschool students ensure meals and school health.

Ms. Tran Huong Quynh, Principal of Bao Qua Kindergarten, thanked the Vietnam Journalists Association and journalists in Lao Cai for their attention and support for the school's students and teachers.

Ms. Huong Quynh added that Ban Qua Kindergarten has 294 children, including Mong, Dao, Giay ethnic groups... with 3 satellite schools in remote villages, namely: Lung Thang 38 children, Ban Pho 22 children and Na Nam 22 children; at the main school there are 211 children. However, the circulation of storm No. 3 has caused a lot of damage in Ban Qua commune, including Ban Qua Kindergarten.
