Vinh Phuc Provincial Journalists Association holds training and exchange on modern journalism skills and methods

During 2 days (from April 11-12), reporters, editors, and collaborators of the provincial press agencies and representative offices of central newspapers and magazines residing in Vinh Phuc were informed about the following topics: Handling false and distorted information, protecting the Party's ideological foundation and creating high-quality press works; content creation skills, organizing the production of high-quality press works to participate in the National Press Awards and press awards organized by the province and the Central Government.

Along with that, exchanging skills and methods of modern journalism to keep up with the digital transformation trend, contributing to improving the quality of journalistic works to better serve the work of information, propaganda, and protection of the Party's ideological foundation.

Training topics are delivered by experts and lecturers from the Vietnam Journalists Association, Vietnam Television, and the Academy of Journalism and Communication.

On this occasion, the Provincial Journalists Association launched a press contest with the theme "Armed forces and revolutionary war" in Vinh Phuc province.

The contest aims to widely propagate and educate cadres, party members, civil servants, armed forces and people in the province, especially the young generation, about the history, tradition and great role of the Vietnam People's Army in building and defending the Fatherland.

At the same time, encourage and motivate the team of members, journalists, and press collaborators in propagating the precious traditions and great role of the Vietnam People's Army in general and the traditions of the armed forces, the revolutionary struggle movement of the Party Committee and the people of all ethnic groups in Vinh Phuc province in particular in building and defending the Fatherland.
