Hung Yen Provincial Journalists Association awarded the "For the cause of Vietnamese journalism" Medal to its members.

At the meeting, delegates and members of the Provincial Journalists Association reviewed the 99th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2024). For nearly a century, under the leadership of the Party, Vietnam's revolutionary press has made important contributions to the cause of national liberation, construction and defense of the Fatherland.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Provincial Journalists Association successfully organized the Giap Thin Spring Press Festival 2024 on an expanded scale with 10 exhibition booths of press agencies and related units; participated in the National Press Festival 2024; selected 18 works to participate in the 18th National Press Award 2023; 5 works to participate in the Hung Yen province's political contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation in 2024...

The Association has consulted with the Provincial People's Committee to issue a plan to organize the 6th Nguyen Van Linh Journalism Award in 2024. At the same time, it has implemented many professional and technical activities to improve the quality of activities and attract members; continue to improve the quality of publishing the Hung Yen Journalist Magazine...

At the conference, leaders of the Hung Yen Provincial Journalists Association awarded the "For the cause of Vietnamese journalism" Medal to 21 members; and awarded the decision to admit 2 new members.
