Specifically, the press agencies of the capital have done a good job of propaganda, especially propaganda on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; deploying and thoroughly implementing the Resolutions of the Party Central Committee (term XIII); the working programs of the city Party Committee, term XVII; and the goals of the socio -economic development program of the capital in 2024.
Notably, Resolution No. 07-NQ/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee on the policy of implementing the Investment Project to build the Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region. Implementing programs, plans, and activities on cultural development; improving the quality of human resources; building elegant and civilized Hanoians; informing and propagating in many forms about the draft Law on the Capital (amended)...
The Hanoi Journalists Association also organized a meaningful "return to the source" program in Thai Nguyen , the opening event in a series of programs and activities of the capital's press community towards the milestone of celebrating the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025).
Along with that, members, cadres, and reporters of the Associations and Journalists' Associations have actively participated in Resolution classes, training courses, and refresher courses of the City Journalists Association, Vietnam Journalists Association, etc.

Speaking at the conference, on the occasion of the 99th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2024), journalist To Quang Phan, member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association, Chairman of the Hanoi Journalists Association, Editor-in-Chief of Citizen and Encouragement of Learning Magazine - representing journalists in the capital expressed gratitude and remembrance to President Ho Chi Minh - the great teacher of Vietnam revolutionary journalism and senior journalists, veteran journalists who have made many contributions to the development of Vietnamese journalism and the capital's journalism.
At the same time, journalist To Quang Phan also emphasized the creativity and innovation in professional activities and the work of the Hanoi Journalists Association, making practical contributions to the common activities of the Vietnam Journalists Association.
"In recent times, the Hanoi Journalists Association has gathered and united its members with the capital's press agencies to actively propagate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies, and Hanoi's city's laws," emphasized journalist To Quang Phan.
Also at the conference, representatives of Hanoi city leaders awarded certificates of merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee to 11 units with achievements at the Giap Thin Spring Press Festival - Hanoi 2024. The Hanoi Journalists Association awarded certificates of merit to 9 collectives and 18 individual members of the association with achievements in professional activities and building the Association in 2023 and awarded the Medal for the cause of Vietnamese journalism.
