On the afternoon of December 3, in Ha Long City, the Department of Industry and Trade of Quang Ninh Province held a conference to remove difficulties for enterprises in industrial clusters (ICs) in the province. Attending were representatives of relevant departments, sectors and investors and enterprises operating in the ICs in the province.
At the conference, representatives of investors and enterprises in industrial parks in the province were informed about Decree No. 32/2024/ND-CP dated March 15, 2024 of the Government on management and development of industrial parks, including the following contents: Plan for development, establishment and expansion of industrial parks; investment in construction of technical infrastructure of industrial parks; investment in production and business in industrial parks; preferential policies and support for industrial park development; state management of industrial parks...
At the same time, at the conference, many problems and difficulties of investors in the technical infrastructure of the industrial park and enterprises in the industrial park regarding issues such as: debt collection; granting red books to secondary investors; labor recruitment; conditions for financial support for relocation according to the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council; problems related to planning; investment capital... were also answered by the Department of Industry and Trade and related departments, branches, and proposed solutions for resolution in the coming time.
The conference is an opportunity for departments, branches, investors and enterprises in industrial parks in the province to exchange and provide information on new regulations, mechanisms and policies in the field of investment and development of industrial parks. At the same time, assess the current situation and propose solutions to promote the development of industrial parks according to Decree 32 of the Government. In particular, this is also an opportunity for departments and branches to answer and resolve difficulties and obstacles of enterprises operating in production and business in industrial parks, in order to develop industrial parks sustainably in the province.
