Comrade Nong Thi Bich Hue, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Culture and Social Affairs Department chaired the conference at the Tuyen Quang bridge.

Comrade Nguyen Danh Huy, Deputy Minister of Transport, provided information on the topic: Building a synchronous infrastructure to basically turn our country into a modern industrialized country in the spirit of Conclusion No. 72-KL/TW dated February 23, 2024 of the Politburo.
