Provincial Party Committee Reporter Conference July 2024

On the morning of July 23, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department held a conference for Provincial Party Committee reporters in July 2024.

At the conference, the reporters heard comrade Thai Thi An Chung - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation inform about the results of the 7th session of the 15th National Assembly.

After 27.5 working days, the session reviewed, decided and completed 49 important contents in the fields of legislation, supreme supervision and decisions on important issues of the country. The session elected the President, the Chairman of the National Assembly, approved the appointment of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Public Security, passed 11 laws and considered and approved 21 resolutions.

The conference then listened to a report on the socio-economic situation of the province in the first 6 months of the year, key tasks for the last 6 months of the year, as well as the world and regional situation and the foreign affairs of the Party and State of Vietnam in the first 6 months of 2024. Orienting the propaganda work in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the team of reporters to fully inform cadres, party members and people about the funeral of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong as well as his life and career. Propaganda and dissemination of Regulation No. 144 of the Politburo on the standards of revolutionary ethics of cadres and party members in the new period; Directive 35 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the addition of a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Nghe An province.
