Conference of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies

On the morning of February 17, the conference of the Standing Committee (SBC) of the Party Committee, the Executive Committee (EC) of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies, term I, 2020 - 2025, took place. Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies chaired the conference.

Attending the conference were comrades: Nguyen Minh Tien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; Tran Thi Ngan, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Dang Anh Tuan, full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies; comrades members of the Provincial Party Committee, members of the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies emphasized: the establishment of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies is an important step forward in the work of Party building, helping to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations in the political system; she requested that the members of the Party Committee Standing Committee continue to contribute opinions to complete the content of the Party Committee's working regulations in order to create an important foundation to continue to improve the capacity of leadership, direction and operation, ensuring unity and synchronization in the Party Committee, contributing to the successful completion of political tasks.

At the conference, delegates reviewed and commented on the draft Regulations on functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies. Working regulations of the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, term I, 2020 - 2025. Assigning tasks to comrades in the Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies. Commenting on the draft assignment of tasks to comrades of the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, term 2020 - 2025. Assigning tasks for the entire working programs for the 2020-2025 term; Working program for 2025 of the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies. Also on the morning of February 17, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies held the first conference of the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies, term 2020 - 2025.

Leaders of the Provincial Federation of Labor spoke at the conference.

The Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee was established under Decision No. 1255, dated February 6, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee. The Party Committee consists of 22 grassroots party organizations with 518 party members. The Party Committee Executive Committee consists of 20 comrades, the Party Committee Standing Committee consists of 8 comrades, and the Party Committee Standing Committee consists of 3 comrades.

Work program for the entire term, term 2020-2025, work program for 2025 of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party agencies; working regulations, personnel plan of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission, expected list of personnel of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission of the Provincial Party agencies, term 2020-2025; Decision to establish specialized agencies to advise and assist the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies; Decision to terminate the activities of a number of Party cells and grassroots Party committees; establishment of a number of subordinate Party cells and grassroots Party committees.

Concluding the conference, comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies requested the members of the Party Committee to uphold their sense of responsibility, promote their intelligence, continue to contribute their opinions directly or send their opinions in writing to the drafts. On that basis, the advisory and supporting agencies of the Party Committee will fully absorb and synthesize, and at the same time study, edit and complete the drafts to submit to the competent authorities for promulgation. The branches and Party Committees in the entire Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies will soon stabilize their organizations and operations, focus on directing the good implementation of political tasks, in which attention will be paid to the preparation and organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term on schedule and according to the set plan.
