The transfer target from intermediate and college to regular university determined by the academy in 2022 and 2023 also exceeds 13.5-92.3%.

According to the Academy's explanation, in 2022, the number of students enrolled in the Social Work major was 57, due to data errors and after the enrollment period, 8 students dropped out. The Academy has announced that their names will be removed from the student list and will not be recognized as having passed the 2022 part-time university entrance exam for the Social Work major.

In particular, the Academy organized university-level enrollment and training at its Ho Chi Minh City campus in violation of regulations when it had not yet decided to establish a branch there.

The organization of master's degree training enrollment at the headquarters and at the Ho Chi Minh City campus violates regulations.

According to the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Education and Training, from 2022 to August 2023, there were 94 decisions on administrative sanctions issued mainly related to enrollment, opening training majors, and maintaining conditions for opening majors.

This number increased sharply compared to 28 sanction decisions in 2021. The sanction decisions are mainly related to enrollment, opening training majors and maintaining conditions for opened majors.

The Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Education and Training also pointed out the fact that the number of new majors has increased when universities have been given autonomy. Statistics show that in the 6 years of implementing university autonomy, 1,194 new majors have been opened.

Notably, there are schools that opened 27 new majors within 3 years, which also resulted in many violations in compliance with regulations.
