Where to study Information Technology at university?

I am working and want to transfer to university but don't know where to study in Hanoi.

I graduated from a college with a degree in Information Technology and have been working for nearly two years. I want to transfer to university but I don’t want to quit my current job. Can anyone tell me if there is any way?

If I transfer to university with Information Technology major, where should I study? I hope everyone can advise and give advice.
