From a small-scale fish sauce production facility, in 2023, the company was given the opportunity to expand its production scale on an area of over 1 hectare of land in a newly planned location, ensuring enough area for the company to invest in facilities to meet the needs of production and export of goods. From this concern, the company has focused on technological innovation, changing the traditional fish sauce salting method, improving productivity, quality, and competitiveness of many products on the market such as shrimp paste and Le Gia fish sauce, Le Gia shrimp floss; at the same time, using stamp codes and barcodes to trace the origin of products so that consumers can feel secure when using the products. Currently, the company's fish sauce products are not only available in large supermarkets in and outside the province but also exported to markets in Japan, the US, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
Or Quoc Dai Company Limited, a business specializing in producing rattan and bamboo handicrafts in Hoang Thinh commune. In recent years, the company has always maintained and continuously improved production and business efficiency. From only 1 or 2 product codes, the company has now produced up to 80 product codes such as lampshades, baskets, storage boxes, etc. The company's products are exported to markets in countries such as Sweden, France and many countries around the world. Mr. Luong Ngoc Dao, Director of Quoc Dai Company Limited, said: "The company is creating jobs for 170 workers working directly at the factory with an average income of about 7 million VND/person/month and more than 3,000 workers in craft village clusters with an income of 3.5 to 4 million VND/person/month. During its operation, the company always complies with the Party's policies and the State's laws and policies. Every year, the company pays about 10 billion VND in taxes to the State and actively responds to and participates in social security activities, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
In fact, the revenue of enterprises has made an important contribution to the economic development of the locality. Sharing at the meeting to honor typical enterprises and entrepreneurs in 2024, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Hoa district Le Thanh Hai said: "The business community in the district not only contributes to the local budget but also actively participates in activities to join hands in building new rural areas, contributing to the implementation of social security programs, supporting billions of VND for policy families, poor households, people with disabilities, education and talent promotion funds, supporting people affected by natural disasters, storms and floods and many other meaningful social activities. These practical and meaningful actions have spread widely in the business community and entrepreneurs of Hoang Hoa district, and have been recognized and highly appreciated by the people and authorities at all levels in the district".
In 2024, enterprises in Hoang Hoa district have made efforts to overcome difficulties, focusing on boosting production; industrial products of high value, traditional products maintained stable production, many enterprises had new orders such as Delta Sports Equipment Joint Stock Company, TCE Jeans LLC, Daehan Global Thanh Hoa LLC... Notably, during the year, Sakurai Vietnam LLC (100% Japanese capital) invested in Bac Hoang Hoa Industrial Cluster has come into operation with over 1,000 employees, producing 5 million products/year. Currently, there are 147 enterprises operating in the industrial sector in the district, creating jobs for more than 9,000 workers; including nearly 27 enterprises in the textile, garment and footwear sectors, creating stable jobs for workers... This result has contributed significantly to the district's continued economic growth, with the economic scale ranking 4th in the province with a total production value of 14,687 billion VND; the growth rate of production value is 9.53%.
