Unlike previous years, the stage area holding the Hai Phong Red Flamboyant Festival 2024 art program has convenient traffic, ventilation, and beautiful scenery.

According to the Organizing Committee, in recent days, Hai Phong City Electricity has surveyed and prepared 2 large capacity generators. On the afternoon of May 9, the unit will gather enough generators to check the capacity. The Organizing Committee has prepared solutions to deal with temporary power outages and explosions. In case of flooding in the event area, there will be a plan to use pumps to quickly drain the water into the lake next to it.
