The National Assembly deputies requested the ministers and heads of relevant sectors to clarify the following contents: The Government's responsibility in the continuous amendment of laws? Solutions to improve the quality of trials and settlement of all types of cases, especially administrative cases, criminal cases on economics and corruption; organization of online trials. Arrangement and handling of headquarters and surplus public assets of the Procuracy due to the reorganization of district-level administrative units in the period of 2019 - 2021. Solutions to solve problems for localities in the work of asset valuation in criminal proceedings. Solutions to advise the Government to help cadres, civil servants, public employees, and part-time workers at the commune level to enjoy full benefits when they leave their jobs due to the reorganization of commune-level administrative units...

Leaders of the Justice, Home Affairs, Police, Inspection, Court and Procuracy sectors answered and clarified many issues raised by National Assembly deputies. Ministers and sector heads also seriously acknowledged the shortcomings, limitations and emerging issues that need to be studied and resolved; proposed solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Government , ministries and sectors in the coming time.

Concluding the question and answer session, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man acknowledged that after 1.5 days of serious and enthusiastic work, with a constructive spirit and high responsibility, all the proposed contents and programs had been completed. National Assembly deputies demonstrated high responsibility, carefully studied the reports, asked short, clear, focused questions, and went straight to the point. Government members and heads of sectors had a firm grasp of the current situation of their sectors and areas of responsibility, and basically answered fully, frankly, explained, clarified many issues and proposed solutions for effective implementation in the coming time.

The question and answer session showed that, in general, the resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee have been seriously implemented by agencies with many synchronous solutions, creating positive changes and achieving specific results in most areas. In addition, the National Assembly deputies also pointed out that the implementation of some resolutions and tasks is still slow; some contents and targets in the resolutions have not been completed, have not met requirements, have been slow to change, or still have difficulties and problems that need to be promptly overcome, removed and resolved in the coming time. The National Assembly Chairman requested the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, ministers and heads of sectors to absorb the opinions of the National Assembly deputies, continue to resolutely, synchronously and comprehensively implement the resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on thematic supervision and question and answer. Focus on promptly, fully and effectively overcoming shortcomings and limitations in each area.
