Accordingly, this amount of funding is to support the protection of production forests and natural protective forests for households in the communes of Cam Thanh, Cam Tuyen, Cam Chinh, and Cam Nghia with an area of ​​over 1,590 hectares.

Currently, Cam Lo District People's Committee has allocated funds to the People's Committees of communes with natural forest areas as production forests to promptly pay people, helping households that manage and protect these forest areas have funds to travel to carry out forest management and protection work better and better.

It is known that from 2012 to present, Cam Lo district has assigned all natural forests to 513 households for management and protection with an area of ​​about 1,600 hectares, concentrated in 3 communes: Cam Chinh, Cam Nghia and Cam Thanh.

Most of the forest area assigned to households is well protected and cared for, contributing to forest development, combating climate change and increasing income, ensuring livelihoods for benefiting households, limiting encroachment on forest land, illegal exploitation of natural forest wood, contributing to increasing forest cover to 51.27%.
