(NADS) – There is a very unique Ha Long on land in the western part of Ha Tinh in the heart of the Ngan Truoi Cam Trang hydroelectric lake in Vu Quang National Park, Ha Tinh.
Vu Quang National Park in Ha Tinh province, home to many endemic species found only in Vietnam. Established under Decision No. 102/2002/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on July 30, 2002.

In the heart of Vu Quang National Park there is a historical relic site marking the heroic historical events of the Huong Khe uprising in response to Phan Dinh Phung's Can Vuong movement against French colonialism in the late 19th century.

The Ngan Truoi – Cam Trang irrigation project in Vu Quang district is a national key project invested by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and is considered a super irrigation project in the Central region. The project has the third largest reservoir capacity in the country (775 million m3), after Cua Dat (Thanh Hoa) and Dau Tieng (Tay Ninh).
With a reservoir capacity twice as large as Ke Go Lake, the Ngan Truoi - Cam Trang irrigation project is responsible for supplying water for industrial production, regulating irrigation for 32,585 hectares of agricultural land in 8 districts and towns and nearly 6,000 hectares of aquaculture, combining power generation with a capacity of 15MW, supplying domestic water, reducing floods for downstream areas, especially Huong Khe, Vu Quang, Duc Tho; serving and creating new momentum in the socio-economic, agricultural and rural development of Ha Tinh province.

Ngan Truoi reservoir is located in the Vu Quang national park complex, which is opening up a huge potential for tourism development. There are hundreds of large and small islands that are very suitable for planning isolated resorts for city dwellers to relax and heal on weekends or vacations. Going upstream to Phan citadel or admiring the river scenery, what strikes our eyes is the charming landscape of the land here... The vestiges of the old village before Ngan Truoi lake was built are still there. The landscape here is very charming and full of hope for a bright future...
