TPO - After Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh resigned from the position of Principal of the University of Law (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) according to her personal wishes, Associate Professor Dr. Trinh Tien Viet, Vice Principal, was assigned to be in charge of the University of Law from August 19 until a new decision is made.

Hanoi National University has just issued decisions on personnel to head the University of Law.

Specifically, Hanoi National University issued Decision No. 3715/QD-VNU and Decision No. 3716/QD-VNU on Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh's resignation from the position of Rector of the University of Law at her personal request and her resignation as an ex-officio member of the Provisional Council of the University of Law from August 19;

Decision No. 3718/QD-VNU on assigning Associate Professor, Dr. Trinh Tien Viet, Vice Rector of the University of Law to be in charge of the University of Law from August 19 until a new decision is made.

Speaking on accepting his new assignment, Associate Professor Dr. Trinh Tien Viet said that in the coming time, in his new position, he will continue to promote the school's core values, build a united and professional working environment, and maintain the reputation of science and training domestically and internationally.

Associate Professor, Dr. Trinh Tien Viet also expressed his understanding of the goals set by the leaders and will become a focal point to lead, connect, and synthesize the strength of the whole school to develop the University of Law according to the set development strategy.

Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Que Anh is the first principal (from October 2022) of the University of Law (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) since its establishment (formerly the Faculty of Law, Vietnam National University, Hanoi).
