Dong Thap province hotline 1022 is on duty 24/7 to promptly receive customer feedback, comments and answers.
The model of “Customer care switchboard for public administrative services of Dong Thap province” is integrated into the implementation of the tasks of the Public Service Information Switchboard 1022 of Dong Thap province. The service objects are people and businesses performing administrative procedures (TTHC) at the Dong Thap Provincial Public Administration Center and all One-stop Departments at the district and commune levels in the province. Accordingly, the operators of the Dong Thap Provincial 1022 Switchboard proactively contact individuals and organizations that have used public administrative services at the One-stop Department in the province to create good relationships, at the same time listen to comments, answer questions and receive suggestions.
Based on random selection of records of administrative procedures at all One-Stop-Shop Departments in the province, Call Center 1022 operators proactively contact individuals and organizations (about 20 - 30 cases/day) to discuss and collect information such as: the most satisfactory contents that need to be maintained when people and businesses come to perform administrative procedures; the inconveniences, troubles or negativity encountered by people and businesses during the process of performing administrative procedures; the contents that need to be commented on so that agencies, units and localities in the province can improve further...
The model of "Customer care switchboard for public administrative services of Dong Thap province" is deployed in accordance with the current practical conditions of Dong Thap province, meeting the requirements of proactively discovering advantages and limitations in the process of providing public administrative services of authorities at all levels. Thereby, finding solutions to contribute to satisfying the legitimate needs and expectations of people and businesses (customers of the administrative system) about the administrative services of state administrative agencies. At the same time, building, connecting and creating friendly and effective relationships between the government and people and businesses. From there, helping administrative agencies listen to comments, answer questions and receive suggestions to improve service quality, bringing satisfaction in the process of implementing public administrative services of individuals and organizations in the province.
