Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association

With the solidarity and efforts of its members, over the past time, the Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association has continuously grown, actively contributing to the overall development of the province.

Established in October 2021 - a time heavily affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association have strived to overcome challenges together, bringing the organization to further development. The Association has become a common home for female entrepreneurs, a place to encourage, connect, and support members to overcome difficulties to start a successful business.

Provincial leaders presented flowers to congratulate the Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association at the Gala dinner "Overcoming the storm" on the occasion of its 1st anniversary, taking place on September 22, 2022.

The Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association currently has 180 members, has established and maintained effective operations of 3 women entrepreneurs clubs in Cam Xuyen, Loc Ha and Thach Ha. Chairwoman of the Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association - Le Thi Nhu Thuy shared: “With its mission, in recent times, the Association has actively coordinated to organize many training courses to improve capacity and business management skills for members; actively propagated the DDCI Index - Provincial Competitiveness Index, updated information, policies and regimes related to enterprises. The Association also focuses on connecting and promoting the brands and products of member enterprises to people inside and outside the province, organizing activities and emulation movements to support members to maintain and develop production and business”.

Ms. Than Thi Nghi - Director of Thien Y Hotel (Thien Cam Tourist Area, Cam Xuyen) said: "Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association has supported me and my members a lot in business activities. From training courses and seminars, I have gained a lot of experience in business methods, operations and management of enterprises".

Not stopping at intra-provincial activities, Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association also organized many exchange activities and learned experiences with enterprises outside the province such as: Thanh Hoa, Can Tho, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Hanoi ... Members of the Women Entrepreneurs Association of other provinces directly visited the production and business establishments of Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association members. From these exchanges, the parties signed trade and goods exchange agreements, opening up business markets for women enterprises in the fields of: e-commerce, exchange of agricultural products, regional specialties, marketing of handicrafts, ceramics, wood ...

Along with professional activities, in recent years, social charity work has been one of the outstanding activities of the association. Members of the Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association have always actively responded to humanitarian and charitable movements and community activities such as: supporting the poor, supporting education and talent promotion activities, preventing natural disasters and epidemics, taking care of policy families, supporting women and children in difficult circumstances...

Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association supports building charity houses for poor families in Duc Tho.

Over the past 2 years, the Association has called on businesses and individuals to contribute in cash and in kind to the COVID-19 Prevention Fund with an amount of nearly 5 billion VND; called for contributions of more than 100 million VND to support the Fund to support students with high scores and those in especially difficult circumstances to enter university.

Responding to the program "Sharing love" launched by the Provincial Women's Union, the Association sponsored 5 children (within 3 years) with a total amount of 90 million VND and Kim Ngan Binh Thuy Company Limited sponsored 5 children (within 4 years) with a total amount of 100 million VND; coordinated with YADEA Vietnam Group to support 50 million VND to help disadvantaged women start a business.

The social security and humanitarian charity activities of the Ha Tinh Businesswomen Association are increasingly focused on and promoted. In the first 9 months of 2023 alone, the Association donated more than 1 billion VND to social security activities.

Sharing about the Association's development orientation in the coming time, Ms. Le Thi Nhu Thuy - President of the Ha Tinh Women Entrepreneurs Association informed: "The Association will continue to organize training courses and seminars to share experiences for members; expand exchanges with businesses in other provinces to promote the exchange of products between the two sides; at the same time, continue to promote humanitarian and charitable work".

With the courage, intelligence, talent and enthusiasm of Vietnamese women, Ha Tinh female entrepreneurs are always the ones who inspire the will, spirit and aspiration to contribute to their homeland and country, bringing positive values ​​to the community.
