Before this information, the leader of the Department of Education and Training of District 1 confirmed that today, July 20, many parents of students when registering for the second round of admission to primary classes at schools in the district encountered many problems such as: not being able to access the system or being able to log in but not being able to register. Immediately after that, the department reported to the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, and at the same time issued a notice about this on the department's electronic information portal.

Mr. Ho Tan Minh, Chief of Office of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, confirmed that the primary school admission system of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City at https://tuyensinhdaucap.hcm.edu.vn with District 1 reported an error on July 20. Currently, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City and District 1 are working to fix it as soon as possible so that parents can register tomorrow.

Before this system failure, the Department of Education and Training of District 1 sent a notice to all schools to inform parents of students with the content: "Currently, the registration page for primary school admissions is having an error. Parents of students who have successfully registered also do not have data in the system. Parents please register again tomorrow".

At the same time, the Department of Education and Training of District 1 changed the registration deadline for the second round of enrollment to 7:00 a.m. on July 24 instead of 5:00 p.m. on July 23 as previously regulated.
