European-class golf tournament elevates Vietnam tourism
Before entering the 2 official tournaments of Vinpearl DIC Legends Vietnam 2023, golf legends were extremely excited to admire the famous landmarks of Khanh Hoa: Tram Huong tower, Tran Phu street according to the route of the trophy procession taking place on November 27. Welcoming the championship trophy at Vinpearl Habour port was an extremely impressive water sports performance from the famous Water Sport group: jet skis cutting through the waves, combined with the famous flyboard performance.
Entering the first 2 days of the Pro-Am friendly competition of the tournament, the legendary golfers created "heart-stopping" sporting moments on Vinpearl Golf Nha Trang - a golf paradise with the poetic beauty of the vast blue bay and majestic mountains. The "masterpiece of the island golf course" with 18 holes of par 71 standard treats players to undulating fairways along the hillside, retaining the maximum challenge from the original natural terrain, bringing unforgettable experiences to every golfer.
Legendary golfers and 72 Vietnamese amateur athletes were divided into 24 teams, each team consisting of 1 professional athlete and 3 amateurs for 2 friendly days. The tournament took place in the Scramble format in teams of 4 without applying Handicap in 1 round of 18 holes (for each tournament). True to the spirit of bringing opportunities for learning and exchanging between Vietnamese golfers and world legends, an exciting atmosphere filled the Championship Pro-Am & Invitational Pro-Am. As Miss Volleyball Kim Hue shared, "The two days of friendly competition were extremely fun, because the legendary golfers were all very open and friendly".
