The Future CEO 2024 competition is organized by the Quintessence of Practical Arts Organization, under the auspices of the Vietnam Institute of Practical Arts Research and Application (VIPA Institute) and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Record Holders Association.
TFC 2024 has attracted the participation of more than 50 universities, colleges and high schools nationwide. With the theme "Leadership 4.0 - Adaptation and Innovation", the competition is a practical and applicable playground, creating opportunities for young people to debate - compete, and develop global management thinking.
After two challenging rounds, the Jury has selected 24 outstanding candidates from different provinces and cities to continue to participate in the National Finals.
Here, the contestants are divided into 6 teams, each team has 4 members, working together to overcome 3 stages in the Final round, demonstrating the mettle and management thinking of young leaders.
In order to ensure the fairness of the competition and provide in-depth, practical perspectives, helping contestants better understand the requirements of a leader in the new era, the TFC 2024 Final Round Jury is made up of CEOs, business leaders, and leading prestigious experts in Vietnam.
After 3 challenging and thrilling rounds, with impressive performances, team 5 won the title of Champion of the first season of TFC 2024, with a total prize value of up to 120 million VND.
Team 5 includes members: Nguyen Le Anh Tuan (Van Lang University), Luong Vo Hoai Thuong (University of Finance - Marketing), Ho Cam Van (Can Tho University) and Truong Ngoc Hoang (University of Science, Hue University).
In addition, the Future CEO 2024 competition also has a special award for the contestant with the most outstanding and impressive presentation in the Final Round. The award is a scholarship on management and leadership skills “Leadership & Management” from Harvard University, sponsored by the O'Light Next Gen Scholarship Fund.
The runner-up of the competition belongs to team 4, including members: Nguyen Pham Chau Anh (Foreign Trade University, Quang Ninh campus), Phan Nhat Phat (Dong Thap University), Chau Gia Bao (Saigon International Private University), Tran Thi Kim Tram (Ba Ria - Vung Tau University).
The title of the Nobleman belongs to team 6, including members: Lam Nhat Hoang (Van Lang University), Nguyen Hong Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics), Le Thi Thanh Tam (University of Foreign Languages - Danang University), Vo Van Tam (Eastern International University).
