Hundreds of gifts come to poor students in Thua Thien Hue before the new school year

Before the new school year 2023 - 2024, hundreds of disadvantaged students in Thua Thien Hue were given meaningful "support to go to school" gifts.

Students in difficult circumstances in the mountainous district of A Luoi, Thua Thien Hue received gifts before the new school year 2023 - 2024

On the afternoon of August 27, according to information from the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police, the Youth Union of the Provincial Criminal Police Department coordinated with the Youth Union of several units in the province to organize the presentation of 100 gifts (books, notebooks, school supplies); 50 school bags to poor students who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies in Hong Thai commune and A Luoi town (A Luoi district); inaugurated the "New Rural Light" project in Hong Thai commune; organized a session to disseminate legal knowledge to 120 union members and youth in A Luoi town.

In addition, the youth of the units visited, encouraged and presented 2 gifts to 2 households with especially difficult circumstances and outstanding youth who have made many contributions to the socio-economic development of the locality.

Also in Thua Thien Hue, the Organizing Committee of the charity football tournament "Step to school 2 - 2023" presented 150 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to excellent students with difficult circumstances in the province, to share and encourage them before the new school year.
