In addition, Hai Phong requires units to strengthen management and direct educational institutions to strictly implement current regulations on extra teaching, extra learning, and educational linkage, ensuring the principles of following the needs and voluntariness of learners and obtaining family consent.

Therefore, Hai Phong City People's Committee requires improving the public responsibility and accountability of educational institutions and heads of educational institutions to students, parents and society.

At the same time, strengthen regular and surprise inspections and checks of the implementation of educational institutions; strictly handle cases of violation of regulations and the responsibility of heads of educational institutions for violations.
