From 0:00 to 12:00 on August 31, the traffic police force of Hai Duong province detected and handled 263 cases of traffic safety violations, fined more than 677 million VND, revoked 51 driving licenses, and detained 87 vehicles. Of these, 47 cases violated alcohol concentration, 27 cases violated speed, 8 cases violated load and cargo wall, 121 cases did not wear helmets, etc.
