Hai Duong amends and supplements 9 procedures in the publishing sector

The list and contents of administrative procedures in the field of publishing, printing and distribution are publicly posted on the Administrative Procedures Information System of Hai Duong province.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong province has just announced the list of administrative procedures amended, supplemented and approved the internal process for handling administrative procedures under the authority of the Department of Information and Communications.

Accordingly, 9 administrative procedures in the field of publishing, printing and distribution have their forms amended and their processing time shortened. At the same time, the internal process for handling administrative procedures for 3 procedures has been approved, shortening the processing time from 7 days to 5 days, including: Re-issuance of a license for printing and publishing activities, issuance of a certificate of registration for publishing and distribution activities, and re-issuance of a certificate of registration for publishing and distribution activities.

The list and contents of the above amended and supplemented administrative procedures are publicly posted on the Hai Duong Provincial Administrative Procedure Information System at https:/dichvucong.haiduong.gov.vn; the electronic information page of the Department of Information and Communications of Hai Duong Province at https://sotttt.haiduong.gov.vn (public administrative procedures section) and publicly posted at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.

Currently, on the Hai Duong province's administrative procedure settlement information system, there are 13 administrative procedures in the fields of publishing, printing and distribution that are all resolved online.
