In the 2019 - 2024 term, the Front's work was carried out in a context of many opportunities and advantages but also faced many difficulties and challenges. With high concentration in leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities; and the efforts of the entire political system, many tasks and solutions were implemented promptly, creatively and effectively.
The Fatherland Front and its member organizations have promoted their roles to the fullest, focused on calling on people from all walks of life to contribute resources, respond to patriotic emulation movements, creating great motivation with the Party Committee and government to gradually overcome difficulties and challenges, and bring the province to further development in all fields.

Promoting the spirit and effectiveness of emulation movements, the Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Tinh province continues to launch a special emulation movement to achieve achievements in welcoming the congresses of the Fatherland Front at all levels, the 15th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Ha Tinh province, towards the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024 - 2029.
Launching the emulation movement, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Thai Ngoc Hai requested the Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations in the whole province to focus on implementing the following contents: closely following the political tasks and practical situation of the locality to deploy and encourage people to participate in campaigns and patriotic emulation movements; emulate to contribute to the successful implementation of resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels.

Along with that, continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of the supervision and social criticism work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, focusing on policies and programs that directly impact and influence the legitimate rights and interests of the people; actively participate in giving opinions on Party and government building; organize dialogue activities between Party committees and governments with union members, association members and the people.
Emulation movements are specific projects and tasks associated with the functions and tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and each member organization such as: building solidarity houses, supporting livelihood models, building public works, new rural areas... The implementation process has timely incentive and reward policies for groups and individuals who perform well in emulation movements, creating a spread among all classes of people.

Within the framework of the special emulation movement launching program, many meaningful and practical activities took place.
In Nam Phuc Thang commune (Cam Xuyen), delegates visited a valuable photo exhibition on transportation, logistics, and bridge and road construction activities on the Truong Son route (Ho Chi Minh trail) from Khe Giao intersection through Dong Loc intersection to Lac Thien intersection at the end of 1968.

Attending the inauguration ceremony of the houses and sharing joy with the families, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Dung hoped that once people have decent housing, they will soon stabilize their lives, work hard and produce to escape poverty sustainably; at the same time, he requested local authorities, all levels and sectors to continue to pay attention and create resources to support people in housing, livelihood models, etc.
Provincial leaders and departments also witnessed activities responding to the emulation movement of local people such as: launching land preparation for the 2023 winter crop; building drainage ditches to build new rural areas; supporting the renovation of mixed gardens; collecting and treating waste, and cleaning the environment in some villages in the area.
In Cam Nhuong commune (Cam Xuyen), the district Fatherland Front Committee held a groundbreaking ceremony to build a house for Mr. Le Viet Dang's family (Phuc Hai village).
