On the morning of November 11, the Ha Tinh Provincial Delegation led by Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung had a meeting to exchange experiences on implementing the Party Congress resolution with Binh Phuoc Provincial Party Committee and visited Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park.

Binh Phuoc is the province with the largest natural area in the Southern key economic region. In recent times, the province has focused on directing the review and orientation of development of sectors and fields, completing the Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050; reviewing, amending and supplementing investment incentive mechanisms and policies; at the same time, actively mobilizing investment resources to develop infrastructure in transport, urban areas, industry, information technology, digital transformation... to create a driving force to attract investment and promote economic development. Focusing on 3 breakthroughs in infrastructure investment; administrative procedure reform and human resource development.

The province's economy is recovering and developing with an average growth rate of 7.92% in the 2021 - 2023 period; GRDP per capita by the end of 2023 is estimated at 93.2 million VND; economic structure continues to shift in the right direction... In nearly 3 years, it has attracted 110 projects, with a total capital of 1,272 million USD, the whole province has a cumulative total of 396 FDI projects.

The work of building the Party and the political system continued to be innovated; culture and society achieved many positive results; people's lives were increasingly improved; social security and welfare were focused on; security and order were ensured. The poverty rate of the province decreased to 1.75% (at the beginning of the term it was 5.6%).

Speaking at the meeting, Ha Tinh Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung expressed his impression of the results of Party building and socio-economic development of Binh Phuoc province in recent times.

The Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee also provided an overview of some results of the implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress of the province so far. Despite many difficulties, the Party Committee, government and people of Ha Tinh have united, unified, and gradually concretized the goals and targets of the congress.

The province focuses on comprehensive and focused leadership and direction, choosing breakthroughs in various fields, focusing on overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and taking care of social security; focusing on implementing the project to build a new rural province; creating breakthroughs in administrative reform, attracting investment; exploiting cultural potential and advantages, scenic spots to develop tourism and trade; paying comprehensive attention to Party building and the political system, focusing on building a contingent of cadres, improving the quality of grassroots party organizations.

Since the beginning of the 2020 - 2025 term, Ha Tinh has attracted 85 investment projects in the area; in the 2021 - 2023 period, the average GRDP growth reached 5.65%; by the end of 2023, it is expected that 11/13 districts will meet new rural standards; there are many potentials and advantages for tourism development...

In nearly 3 years, the whole province has mobilized over 600 billion VND in social resources to build 65 community cultural houses, combined with storm and flood shelters; nearly 6,000 solid houses for people with meritorious services, poor households, and households with housing difficulties; and established a fund to support poor students and students with especially difficult circumstances to enter university.

The Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee hopes that, with the locality's advantages in developing industry, tourism, and human resources, the leaders of Binh Phuoc province and departments and branches will connect businesses and investors to Ha Tinh to research, survey, and explore investment opportunities.

Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park has a total area of ​​190.4 hectares, with an investment cost of more than 277 billion VND; it is a bridge between the Southeast region and the Central Highlands provinces via National Highway 14 and Provincial Road 741.
