At the meeting, Deputy Head of the Culture and Society Committee (Hanoi People's Council) Hoang Thi Tu Oanh represented Delegation Group No. 28 of the Hanoi People's Council to report on the results of the 17th session of the Hanoi People's Council. Voters of Tich Giang commune expressed their opinions and recommendations at a meeting with delegates of the Hanoi People's Council.

At the meeting on July 18, Delegation Group No. 28 of the Hanoi People's Council, including Mr. Nguyen Doan Hoan - Secretary of the Phuc Tho District Party Committee, Hoang Thi Tu Oanh - Deputy Head of the Culture - Social Committee (Hanoi People's Council), Dao Quang Minh - Director of Thanh Nhan Hospital, listened to many opinions and proposals of voters of Phuc Tho district regarding the project "Restructuring the agricultural sector of Phuc Tho district in the period of 2022 - 2025 and solutions for the following years".

Voter Nguyen Duc Chung - Chairman of Tich Giang Commune People's Committee said that currently, the commune still has more than 17km of dirt roads, making it difficult for travel and agricultural production. In addition, the flower consumption market is currently quiet. Therefore, the government and people recommend that the city and district continue to pay attention to investing in upgrading infrastructure to serve production and promote trade promotion of flowers and ornamental plants...

Voter Tran Duc Tai - Vice Chairman of Tam Thuan Commune People's Committee assessed that the district's agricultural restructuring policy has promoted rural economic transformation, forming specialized flower growing areas with high economic value. However, to improve the efficiency of flower growing, it is recommended that the district's professional departments provide guidance on completing investment procedures for flower processing areas; at the same time, invest in upgrading intra-field traffic infrastructure...

Voter Nguyen Van Chuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Agricultural Cooperative of Phuc Tho town, said that in the implementation of the agricultural restructuring project, many agricultural land areas have been put into effective use. However, the current difficulty is that agricultural land areas that have been planned for urban development are very passive in use. Secondly, voters recommended that the district invest in upgrading irrigation infrastructure to serve agricultural production.

Sharing the same view, voter Nguyen Van Tuan - Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Hiep Thuan commune suggested that the district continue to pay attention to renovating pumping stations; investing in irrigation and drainage systems to Tay Ninh canal combined with building water regulation sluices to effectively use water resources for agricultural production...

At the meeting, Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee Le Van Thu discussed and clarified a number of opinions and recommendations of voters in the localities. On behalf of the delegates of Delegation Group No. 28 of the Hanoi People's Council, Secretary of the Phuc Tho District Party Committee Nguyen Doan Hoan requested the District People's Committee to focus on reviewing, clarifying, and finding solutions to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles of voters to continue effectively implementing the project "Restructuring the agricultural sector of Phuc Tho district in the period of 2022 - 2025 and solutions for the following years".
