Voter Nguyen Van Chuong, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Director of the Phuc Tho Town Agricultural Cooperative, stated that, in implementing the agricultural restructuring plan, many agricultural land areas have been put into effective use. However, the current difficulty lies in the fact that agricultural land areas already planned for urban development are very difficult to utilize. Furthermore, voters requested that the district invest in upgrading irrigation infrastructure to serve agricultural production.
