Kinhtedothi - On March 13, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 75/KH-UBND on organizing National Quality Award activities in the area in 2025.
Accordingly, the purpose of the Plan is to select and honor typical organizations and enterprises with outstanding achievements in production and business activities in the area.
Participants: organizations and enterprises of all types, sizes, and economic sectors with legal status that have registered to operate production, business, and services continuously in Hanoi for at least 36 months up to the time of registration to participate in the National Quality Award.
Time and place: Receive application forms and participation documents (according to the form) before May 31, 2025 at the Hanoi Department of Science and Technology. 16-storey building, Inter-agency Area, No. 258 Vo Chi Cong, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.
On implementation progress:
For City level : March - May 2025: Inform, propagate, mobilize, send invitations, guide, train organizations and enterprises to participate in the National Quality Award and receive applications to participate in the National Quality Award 2025.
May 2025: Receive applications from organizations and businesses to participate in the 2025 National Quality Award. Establish the Hanoi City Preliminary Selection Council and the National Quality Award Evaluation Expert Group.
June - August 2025: Organize meetings of the Preliminary Council to evaluate on-site and on-file applications of participating organizations and enterprises and send the results of the selection of qualified enterprises to the National Quality Award Council.
October 2025: Conduct consultation with the City People's Committee on organizations and enterprises proposed to be awarded the 2025 Award at the request of the National Council (if any).
December 2025: Report on the results of the 2025 National Quality Award activities in Hanoi.
For National level : September - October 2025: The Standing Agency reviews the results and evaluation records of the 2025 Preliminary Selection Council; The National Council reviews and evaluates the organizations and enterprises proposed by the Preliminary Selection Council to be awarded in 2025.
October 2025: Consult with the City People's Committee to propose the Prime Minister to award the 2025 National Quality Award to organizations and businesses.
November 2025: The National Council proposes to the Minister of Science and Technology a list of eligible participating organizations and enterprises to submit to the Prime Minister for awarding the National Quality Award in 2025.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to be the standing body of the Preliminary Selection Council; advise on the proposal to the National Committee for Standards, Metrology and Quality to establish the Preliminary Selection Council for the City's National Quality Award; establish a National Quality Award Evaluation Expert Group; Preside, advise and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to organize the implementation of the contents of this Plan to ensure progress and effectiveness.
