Hanoi: Land allocation to build Tan Uoc Commune Kindergarten

Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 2044/QD-UBND dated April 15, 2025 on the allocation of 9,300 m2 of land in Tan Uoc commune, Thanh Oai district to Thanh Oai district People's Committee to implement the Tan Uoc commune Kindergarten project.

Accordingly, in the total area of ​​9,300 m2 of land allocated, there are 8,080 m2 of land for the construction of Tan Uoc Commune Kindergarten and 1,220 m2 of land within the red line to connect technical infrastructure according to the planning, no construction including fences.

Form of land allocation: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees; Land use term is long-term. Land allocation method: Land allocation is not through land use rights auction, no bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

The City People's Committee assigns the Thanh Oai District People's Committee to be responsible for the origin, land use, site clearance, ensuring compliance with current regulations on construction investment project management; the suitability of the project with the investment content, basic design documents, approved construction drawing design, safety level and ensuring safety of the project when put into use; complying with regulations on environment, fire prevention and fighting and ensuring the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure in the area; at the same time, using land for the right purpose, boundary, assigned area; implementing the investment project, acceptance, handing over the project for use in accordance with regulations on public property management.
