On the morning of July 8, the Steering Committee for Management of Organizational Apparatus and Staffing of Hanoi City held its 12th conference (term 2020-2025) to evaluate the results of the first 6 months of the year, deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of 2024 and give opinions on a number of thematic contents as proposed by the Organizing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Party Committee of the City People's Committee.

Regarding the organizational structure, according to Ms. Tuyen, the city will reorganize the organizational structure and staffing of commune-level administrative units according to the approved plan for the 2023-2025 period; continue to improve the quality of operations and increase the autonomy of units: Le Hong Phong Cadre Training School, Thu Do University; colleges, vocational secondary schools; and vocational training institutions in the city.
