(Dan Tri) - According to Hanoi's new land price list, a series of roads in Hoan Kiem district have the highest residential land price of over 695 million VND/m2.
Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 71 on amending and supplementing a number of contents in Decision No. 30 dated December 31, 2019.
According to the decision effective from December 20, the current land price list will be adjusted and continue to be effective from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2025.
In this adjusted land price list, the highest land price of more than 695 million VND/m2 is urban land (location 1) in Hoan Kiem district. Specifically, including the following routes: Ba Trieu (section from Hang Khay to Tran Hung Dao), Dinh Tien Hoang, Hai Ba Trung (section from Le Thanh Tong to Quan Su), Hang Dao, Hang Khay, Hang Ngang, Le Thai To, Ly Thuong Kiet, Nha Tho, Tran Hung Dao (section from Tran Thanh Tong to Le Duan).
According to the pre-adjusted land price list, the highest urban land price in Hanoi's inner city is 188 million VND/m2, on three streets: Hang Ngang, Hang Dao, and Le Thai To. Thus, the highest adjusted land price is nearly 3.7 times higher than before the adjustment.
Tran Hung Dao Street alone (from Tran Thanh Tong to Le Duan) is 6 times higher than the old land price (over 114 million VND/m2), Nha Tho Street is 5.5 times higher than the old price (over 125 million VND/m2), Hai Ba Trung Street (from Le Thanh Tong to Quan Su) is nearly 5.4 times higher than the old price (nearly 129 million VND/m2).

The highest land price in the adjusted land price list in Hanoi is higher than the adjusted land price list in Ho Chi Minh City announced last October, with the highest price of more than 687 million VND/m2 on Dong Khoi, Le Loi, Nguyen Hue streets (District 1).
In another central district, Ba Dinh, the street with the highest land price is Phan Dinh Phung with over 450 million VND/m2. This price is 3.4 times higher than the current price. Some other streets also have prices over 400 million VND/m2 such as Tran Phu and Doc Lap.
In Hai Ba Trung district, the highest adjusted land price is on Nguyen Du street (Quang Trung to Tran Binh Trong section), Hue street (Nguyen Du to Nguyen Cong Tru section) with over 368 million VND/m2. This price is also nearly 3.5 times higher than the old price list.
In Tay Ho district, Van Cao street has the most expensive price at over 256 million VND/m2. This price is nearly 3.3 times higher than the current price.
Also according to the new land price list in Hanoi, the lowest urban land price in the inner city is in Ha Dong district at 25.6 million VND/m2, while the old price was 4.5 million VND/m2.
Agricultural land prices are also adjusted, in which land for rice cultivation, annual and perennial crops, and aquaculture increases by about 15%, the highest being 290,000/m2.
