Hanoi has 14,000 more houses eligible for sale

(Dan Tri) - Hanoi has nearly 14,000 more houses for sale from 11 projects, including nearly 8,800 apartments, the rest are low-rise houses.

The Hanoi Department of Construction has just updated the list of future housing projects eligible for sale in the area, as of March 15. The Hanoi real estate market welcomed 11 more projects with 13,995 houses. Of which, apartments still dominate with 8,798 units from 5 projects. Low-rise houses have 6 projects with 5,197 units.

Specifically, the Z34, U38 and U38A apartments in lot B6-CT01 in Vinhomes Ocean Park Gia Lam are the projects with the largest number of apartments for sale, with 2,461 units. Another project in Vinhomes Ocean Park Gia Lam that is also eligible to open for sale over 2,000 apartments this time is the U26A, T26M, Z30 apartments in lot B4-CT01. For low-rise houses, 2 projects with new supply of over 2,000 units are both located in the West of Hanoi. Of which, New Life Urban Area - Sunshine Grand Capital located in Tan Lap, Tan Hoi communes (Dan Phuong district) and Duc Thuong, Duc Giang (Hoai Duc district) is approved to open for sale about 2,300 units....

In addition, Vingroup's Green City Urban Functional Area project with 2,279 apartments. The project is located in 4 communes of Tan Hoi, Tan Lap, Lien Ha and Lien Trung (Dan Phuong district), with a scale of 133.4 hectares.

According to Savills, the supply of new apartments in Hanoi is expected to reach 25,200 units this year. Of which, Class B apartments continue to lead, accounting for 88% of future supply. From 2026 onwards, the Hanoi market will have about 70,000 apartments from 91 projects for sale.
