Comments on the Draft Party Election Regulations

Attending the conference at the Tuyen Quang province bridge were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ma The Hong, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, the Department of Home Affairs, the Organization Committees of district Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.

The Draft Party Election Regulations inherit the relevant contents of the Party Election Regulations according to Decision No. 244, dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee. The Draft Regulations have been edited, some contents have been restructured, some sentences have been rephrased to ensure that they are concise, easy to understand, and easy to implement, but do not change the nature of the Party Election Regulations; only amending the contents that are no longer relevant and not directly related to the election; omitting the contents that are already in other regulations of the Central Committee.

Delegates pointed out a number of problems and limitations in the practical implementation of the Party's election regulations; at the same time, they proposed to supplement many clear contents with sufficient theoretical basis, such as: election process, ballots, nominations, election supervision work, etc.

Comrade Ma The Hong, Head of the Organizing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, contributed comments on a number of contents in the Draft Party Election Regulations.

At the conference, Comrade Ma The Hong, Head of the Organizing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, contributed comments on a number of contents in the Draft Party Election Regulations to ensure compliance with reality and regulations of the Central Committee.

The discussion of the delegates is a condition for the editorial team to synthesize and complete the draft Report on the assessment of the results of 10 years of implementing the Party Election Regulations according to Decision No. 244, dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Central Executive Committee and the draft Party Election Regulations to submit to the Politburo.
