Ms. Duong Thi Lien, Group 4 said: I work in Quynh Phu, go to work in the morning and come back in the evening. Today, I took advantage of the weekend to stay at home and go to the ward People's Committee to be guided by the young people to activate a mobile phone account. It is true that young people should do it very quickly.

Just like in Hoang Dieu ward, regardless of hot weather, day or night, the youth volunteer team in the localities coordinated with the police force to organize propaganda to the people about the responsibility and importance of installing the VNeID application and mobile phone accounts. The Youth Union at all levels has diversified the forms of propaganda through the mobile propaganda loudspeaker system, Facebook social network, and Zalo grassroots Youth Union. At the same time, they coordinated with the forces to organize campaigns at the commune, village, residential group cultural houses, areas in front of the market gate, and crowded areas; many Youth Union bases have youth volunteer teams going to each family to guide the activation and use of mobile phone accounts on the VNeID application.

Mr. Nguyen Ba Dai, Secretary of the Youth Union of An Vinh Commune (Quynh Phu) said: Currently, the steps to self-register for a mobile phone account on the VNeID application are relatively clear, but many people do not know how to do it, so they encounter many difficulties in activating their accounts for use. Responding to the 26-day peak volunteer campaign to "green" mobile phone accounts, the Commune Youth Union coordinated with the Commune Police to directly register level 2 mobile phone accounts for people at 4 locations. Each location has 4 members participating in support.
Mr. Vu Manh Hoang, Secretary of the Thai Binh City Youth Union, said: The City Youth Union directs grassroots youth unions, requires cadres and youth union members to be pioneers and set an example in activating level 2 mobile phone accounts; at the same time, coordinate with agencies and units to promote propaganda about mobile phones, actively coordinate with the police force to guide people to register, activate mobile phone accounts, and use the VNeID application. 19 digital technology teams of the youth union were established, volunteers in the city actively coordinated with the city police force, commune and ward police to support and received consensus and positive response from the people.

The installation and activation of mobile phone accounts are important in implementing the Government's Project on developing data applications on population, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030. Because VNeID integrates all types of personal documents into the account to minimize the need to carry personal documents. When needing to make a transaction, individuals only need to use the VNeID application to replace documents such as citizen identification, driver's license, vehicle registration, health insurance, etc. In particular, people can make transactions anytime, anywhere while still ensuring information security and confidentiality.

The strong and synchronous leadership and direction of all levels and sectors, and the active participation of all levels of the Youth Union will contribute to speeding up the implementation of Project 06 of the Government.
