Song Nhue Irrigation Company, formerly known as Song Nhue Irrigation Works Exploitation Company. The company is a state-owned enterprise established under Decision No. 2083/QD-UBND dated July 4, 2008 of the Hanoi People's Committee on approving the project to merge the following Irrigation Works Exploitation Companies: Song Nhue, Ung Hoa, Hong Van, Phu Xuyen into Song Nhue Irrigation Company.

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2010/ND-CP dated March 19, 2010 of the Government on converting state-owned enterprises into single-member limited liability companies, in May 2010, the Company officially operated under the model of a single-member limited liability company (LLC) owned by the State according to Decision No. 2125/QD-UBND dated May 13, 2010 of the Hanoi People's Committee.

"Reaping" many impressive results

In 2022, implementing the Prime Minister's Directive and the direction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the City People's Committee, and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of two provinces and cities on a number of urgent measures to prevent drought for the 2021-2022 Winter-Spring crop, the Company has developed a drought prevention plan, coordinated with localities in the system to synchronously deploy solutions.

At the same time, the company has completed the 2022 Disaster Prevention and Control Command Board, assigning specific tasks to each member; Building and organizing the implementation of the 2022 Disaster Prevention and Control Plan. Actively contributing to the City's Flood Prevention and Control Plan; Irrigation Enterprises have developed detailed Disaster Prevention and Control Plans, suitable to the characteristics of each basin under their responsibility. Building plans to protect key projects such as Lien Mac sluice, Yen Nghia pumping station, Van Dinh sluice, Luong Co sluice and introducing technical staff to participate in the 2022 Disaster Prevention and Control Command Board of localities with key projects.

Proactively inspect works before and after the 2022 flood, evaluate the quality of works and organize timely repairs of damages, ensuring 100% of machinery, equipment, and works operate safely to serve agricultural production and natural disaster prevention in 2022.

Also in 2022, the Company repaired 60 construction items with a total cost of VND 23,502,799,000. The implementation of regular repair work in 2022 has made many efforts from the planning stage to the implementation of construction and acceptance of the project; Regular repair work is implemented in accordance with policies and meets production requirements.

The repair and maintenance work of the works has strictly followed current regulations, the quality of the construction works ensures technical requirements, and the payment and settlement of the works are in accordance with policies.

Implement the consolidation of the Company's management staff and the consolidation of the staff of some affiliated units according to the Company's task requirements; perform well the work of organizing and planning staff; training and fostering staff according to current regulations. Specifically, in 2022, the Company has consolidated the position of General Director of the Company, consolidated and added 01 Deputy General Director and consolidated the position of Chief Accountant of the Company; consolidated the organization of affiliated units; implemented the appointment process of management positions in accordance with regulations.
