The topics are suitable for the cognitive and emotional abilities of 15-year-old students. The questions are creative and never overlap with previous years. The test is not tricky, the questions are all within the ability level, and students with average academic ability can also answer all the questions," commented Mr. Bao.

According to Mr. Bao, the literature test differentiates in two aspects: test-taking skills and creative thinking. In particular, candidates need to have the skills to read, understand the questions, analyze the questions and present ideas according to the requirements. Candidates need to have creative thinking in questions 2 and 3 (test 2). "Unique ideas for open questions (question 2) and sub-questions (question 3, test 2) will definitely be highly appreciated," Mr. Bao shared.

Similarly, Ms. Huynh Le Y Nhi, a teacher at Dong Khoi Secondary School (Tan Phu District), said that the structure and method of making the exam questions are not new. Those who made the questions have kept their commitment to keep the structure intact and have a high level of openness from the instructions and directions that the Department of Education and Training has deployed with teachers to prepare knowledge and capacity for 9th grade students.

According to Ms. Y Nhi, the highest openness is most clearly shown in the literary argumentation question. If in previous years, the question maker provided a work and asked candidates to analyze and find a work with the same topic to use as evidence for the argument, then in this year's 10th grade exam, candidates are completely free to choose the work and evidence to express their views and thoughts.
