50% reduction in assessment fee for tourist guide card issuance until the end of 2024

Accordingly, from July 1 to the end of 2024, the assessment fee for issuing tour guide cards is equal to 50% of the fee prescribed in Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular No. 33/2018 of the Ministry of Finance .

Also according to Circular No. 43, the appraisal fee for granting International Travel Service Business License and Domestic Travel Service Business License is equal to 50% of the fee collection rate prescribed in Clause 1, Article 4 of Circular No. 33 of the Minister of Finance stipulating the collection rate, collection, payment and management regime for appraisal fees for granting International Travel Service Business License and Domestic Travel Service Business License; appraisal fee for granting tour guide cards; fee for granting License to establish representative offices in Vietnam of foreign travel service businesses.

Some other notable fees and charges supported in Circular No. 43 include: intellectual property registration application fee equal to 50% of the fee collection rate specified in Point 2, Section I of the fee schedule in the field of forestry cultivation and varieties issued with Circular No. 207 of the Ministry of Finance; fire prevention and fighting design appraisal and approval fee equal to 50% of the fee calculated according to the provisions in Article 5 of Circular No. 258 of the Minister of Finance regulating the collection rate, collection, payment, management and use of fire prevention and fighting design appraisal and approval fees...
