According to the Ministry of Finance, from July 1, in addition to the 50% reduction in registration fees for domestically produced and assembled cars and trailers, many other fees and charges will be reduced by 50% compared to current regulations.

Regarding radio frequency usage fees, in case organizations and individuals have paid fees according to the fee rates prescribed in Circular No. 265/2016/TT-BTC and Circular No. 11/2022/TT-BTC for the effective period of this Circular, organizations and individuals will be offset the difference in fee amount between the fee rates prescribed in Circular No. 265/2016/TT-BTC and Circular No. 11/2022/TT-BTC and the fee rates prescribed in this Circular against the fee payable in the next fee payment period. The fee collection organization is responsible for calculating the fee offset for organizations and individuals in the next fee payment period.
According to the impact assessment, the application of Circular No. 44/2023/TT-BTC is expected to reduce budget revenue by about VND 700 billion.
